Who we are
Traiar is an AI transformation consultancy, incorporated in Delaware, United States. We decide how and why the information described below is used. You can reach us at hello@traiar.com.
What we collect
Information you provide. Name, email, company, and anything else you share when you book a call, fill in a form, or work with us. Where you complete an assessment, survey or other tool on our site, that includes your answers and any details about your organisation you give us alongside them.
Client engagement data. Materials and access you provide so that we can deliver our services, governed by the confidentiality terms in our engagement agreement.
Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages visited and device or browser type.
We do not collect or store payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To produce and send you the results you have asked for, to arrange and prepare for calls you book, and to reply to you. Where you have asked to hear from us, to send you occasional email about our work — you can stop that at any time.
We use this information only for the purposes described above.
Who we share it with
Two service providers process this information on our behalf:
- HubSpot — customer relationship management, email, and our booking calendar
- Supabase — database hosting for responses
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes.
Where your information is held
We are based in the United States, and the services we use to store and process this information operate there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and held in the US.
Cookies and local storage
We use standard analytics to understand how this site is used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share that information with advertisers. Where a tool on our site lets you save your progress, your answers are held in your own browser so that you can come back to them — they stay on your device until you submit or until you clear your browser data.
How long we keep it
Your responses and contact details for as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry, and for up to two years after we last hear from you. Email correspondence for as long as it remains relevant. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop emailing you. We extend these choices to everyone who contacts us, wherever you are.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to how we use your information, to restrict it, and to have it sent to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
